Green STAY certificeret campingplads
Denne bæredygtighedscertificering tager udgangspunkt i FN’s verdensmål, således at en campingplads der opnår certifikatet, bidrager til disse mål. Green Stay certificeringen blev tildelt campingpladsen i 2021. Formålet med Green Stay er at skabe en bæredygtighedscertificering til danske campingpladser baseret på FN’s verdensmål, og dermed få flere til at vælge camping som bæredygtig ferieform. Certificeringen er udarbejdet i samarbejde med branchen og forbrugerne, så den passer bedst muligt til gæsternes og branchens behov og ressourcer.
BÆREDYGTIG CAMPING
Siden 2017 har vi haft fokus på miljøet og den grønne omstilling. Vi har siden da minimeret vores brug at gødning og sprøjtemidler med mere end 95% Varmt vand varmes op via solen og ca. 40% af vores elforbrug producerer vi selv.
THE AREA AT NISSUM FJORD CAMPING
The campsite is surrounded by beautiful and untouched nature. Within 2 km. lies Husby Klitplantage, the North Sea, Nissum Fjord and several small and cozy harbours.
Husby Klitplantage
Husby Klitplantage is just 500 meters from the campsite. The plantation is untouched but accessible to all and ideal for a walk or bike ride.
North Sea
The beautiful unspoilt coast is close to the campsite. Here you will find wandering dune bunkers and here it is possible to find amber.
Nissum Fjord
The fjord is 800 meters from the campsite. here you will find several small and cozy harbours, a surf course and a rich wildlife.
Farm shops
In the area you will find several farm shops. Here you can buy fresh local produce, specialties and gift items.
Forest playground
The large forest playground is close to the campsite and there is plenty of opportunity for an active day for the whole family
Brugsen Sdr. Nissum
Brugsen in Sdr. Nissum has everything the heart desires and you can also refuel the car here.
