Terms and conditions

In the following terms and conditions, you will find useful information when using online booking. For example, you can read how we treat your entered information, how to receive your receipt in connection with a purchase, and more. * NFC

Payment

All prices quoted in the online booking system are, like all other places on the website, listed in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the particular situation.

Payment is made by using one of the approved credit / debit cards in online booking, including Visa and Mastercard. Internet payments are associated with fees charged by international credit cards. For international Eurocard / Mastercard, it is 2.75% of the transaction amount, for Dinners 3.25% of the transaction amount.

Information about online trading

You can safely shop on the Internet through our online booking system. You are as a consumer as a rule secured against potential misuse of your credit card online, so there is no self-risk in the event of abuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should relate to payments online at www.forbrug.dk.

Shipping and delivery

You will receive a contract from * NFC in which the accounts for your purchase are shown when booking and paying cabins, space for your own tent or room for your own caravan. The contract can be printed from the website after completion of the booking, and will also be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is stated by the buyer. Specified contract can be submitted by contact to * NFC.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at * NFC on the day of arrival and ends on departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the above contract.

f you have not purchased CANCELLATION INSURANCE, you have the option of canceling your booking under the following conditions:

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded the full amount.
If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.

Add-on CANCELLATION INSURANCE when you book, which allows you to cancel up to the day before arrival.

You can always change your booking online. We can also do it for you, but please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking.

Right of cancellation and refund

Purchase of camping, booking of cottages and the like. Is not covered by the right of withdrawal in the Consumer Agreement Act, cf. section 18 2, Item. 12. Failure to comply with our rules or bad or unpleasant behavior will result in expulsion without the possibility of a refund.

Registration of information

* NFC registers your name, address, e-mail, and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but * The NFC retains registration for 5 years. * NFC uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create security about the information you provide on the page. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Complaint

For any reason, if you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or use the phone number under company information. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by reviewing your contract. Two years after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to appeal is terminated pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Danish Purchasing Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed. In addition, it is possible to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbrug.dk. Failure to comply with our rules, bad or unpleasant behavior will result in expulsion without the possibility of a refund.

At any given time, it will always be the Danish version of our trading conditions that applies.
